How to create a corporate document in Word?

Good afternoon,
Every day I make several contracts in Word. Basically, everything is template and does not require unnecessary information and additions. When compiling, I try to adhere to the standard in style and formatting. Is it possible to make a protected Word document, ie. as a template, with formatting protection, body text, and other things, so that other employees can only enter the details of the counterparty?

If the target document does not require editing AFTER entering information about the counterparty, then the optimal scheme in your case is:
xml (with variable data) + xsl:fo (template) > pdf (resulting document). In this case, you are guaranteed to get a result in which the documents will differ only by the amount of the content of the xml-file with data.

This is called a template. Google for this word, or look for it in the help for word.
Whether it is possible to limit changes down to individual input fields in word - I do not know, but this can definitely be done in pdf.
