In NG they gave me a Huawei Mediapad X1, until April the Internet just “flyed”! 4G and so on, but then they changed it ... It barely loads what applications, what browsers ... the same. There is a beeline "traffic distribution", everything flies on the iPhone, it hangs on the tablet ...
From the operator's side, no speed limits have been identified. "Sick" only the Internet from the mobile network(Help!

Well, take it and find out why? take measurements of the operator's coverage density, signal strength and service availability. See how other operators work. What iron works inside the device.
ps: "Mobile operator" is a variable with very large variations and with the condition that "everything is bad only at the client. everything is fine with us" =)
