Log in via PuTTy to any machine, run screen/tmux, and here are the bookmarks. From there, go wherever you want.

This is not a wrapper, but a rebuild of putty.exe, i.e. one file per 900 kilobytes,
with additional features, including multi-tab.
I liked everything else less - either non-free, or cumbersome, or buggy, or inconvenient.
