SSD beeped
After half a year of using ssd from sandisk (extreme 240gb) began to squeak. The sound of either squeaking, or a slight rustling (grinding).
There is always a lot of free space (70-90GB + unallocated area around 10GB).
Smart does not find anything criminal (sorry for the picture, but formatting is better preserved this way).

What could be wrong with him and should I be worried? I've been making backups since I bought the ssd.

I think that it is not the ssd that is beeping (there are no mechanics, no high voltage or magnetism).
The squeak comes from the coolers and from the power supply. Due to the fact that the power consumption of the system jumps with a squeak frequency (for example, when the power consumption of the cpu or ssd changes). This does not affect the operation of the SSD in any way.
A similar squeak can be heard in games (when blocks are regularly read), when scrolling, during any process that changes the level of system consumption with an audio frequency. The monitor can squeak, and anything. Enough to bring into resonance.
Either the power chokes squeak by themselves or there are pickups on the audio path. In the first case, nothing (practically) can be done, most likely the performance will remain for a long time. In the second, try to turn off the sound completely - check what will happen to the beeping.
Relax - it's not an SSD. I have the same problem - in a laptop, when there was an intensive access to the disk - which squeaked and crackled like a regular hard drive. I searched for the culprit for a long time - it was chokes ...
There was a similar problem, the Crucial M4 128 in a laptop after a couple of months of use under heavy loads (most of all when loading the OS) began to squeak. I've been using it for more than a year, except for squeaking, there are no problems.
I think the power system and most likely chokes, as mentioned above.
Moniques have this when viewing or scrolling through colorful images, when reading, the ssd squeaks, under load in an old laptop, sometimes something squeaks in the processor area (I think also power).
Once the PSU squeaked (whistled) when the computer was in standby mode, somehow persuaded him to pick it up in the service, tk. It was quite noisy there and they didn't believe me.
The Philips TV whistles quite strongly at home until it warms up (also a well-known problem, the coils are not filled with hot glue).
It happens…
There is the same squeak in a laptop with an SSD (and not the first laptop already). Most likely, the voltage really fluctuates and the cooling or power modules start to squeak. And to say that SSD is beeping is the same as saying that RAM is beeping. There is nothing to eat there.
but I have the same disk and it also squeaks when writing and reading, this is not food for sure! there may be transistors and this is the same company and the same volume, most likely some kind of factory garbage !!
My SanDisk Extreme also began to squeak and rustle after 4 years of use. The sound comes from the disk case itself (pulled out and connected from the outside). It seems that capacitors or transistors are cracking (squeaking, rustling). No one can say how long it will work (apparently there is no practice of diagnosing such a situation).
