Barebone from China - expediency \ analogues?

A Chinese barebone
for $400-450 (without memory and ssd) was recently mentioned in an article on Habré:
Partaker B18 DDR4 Coffee Lake 8th Gen Mini PC Intel Core i7 8750H 32GB RAM Intel UHD Graphics 630 Mini DP HDMI WiFi
https://www.aliexpress .com/item/B18-DDR4-8th-Gen-I...
Here the same is even cheaper (I also look at i7 8750H without memory and disk)
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/8th-Gen-Intel- Core...
I.e. it turns out to throw in about another $100 for 8GB SODIMM and SSD, and you get a good office hurdy-gurdy with a margin of only ~$500.
1. The question remains, how does a person who doesn’t really follow iron have something comparable in terms of a normal price tag, so as not to wait? Again, if you buy yurika on balance with Ali, understandable problems arise, and you have to buy locally - where to look on the Russian market in search of analogues?
2. Does anyone have experience with the subject or Chinese barebones in general, is it worth contacting?
Thank you!
UPD
Just in case, I’ll clarify what I’m interested in:
- an ultra-compact format to screw on the back of the monitor
- a normal processor, not an atom or a celeron
I was looking for it on the Yandex.Market, but there is a problem with the selection by performance characteristics - it is not in this section ...

In appearance, it is not bad, of course, according to the characteristics of the norms. But:
1. SSD is not clear which one
2. Ram is cheaper to buy

IMHO: The price is about the same as riveting from mini-itx on the spot, and even on a ddr4 frame. And for boos it will be much easier.
