Modern replacement for Microsoft wheel mouse 1.1a

I have been using this mouse for a very long time, but I want something new, wireless. It seems that there is a choice of good mice, but I am primarily interested in the separation height - the height to which you need to raise the mouse so that it stops working. In Microsoft WM 1.1a, this height is very comfortable, which allows you to work simply by moving the mouse to the center of the pad.
I tried many new mice - for most, this height is simply huge, in some cases the mouse continues to work at a height of 2-3 cm.

Tell me a wireless, not heavy, ergonomically no worse mouse, which has a separation height of about 2-3 mm.

At the very Logitech M510 I
'm satisfied with the ergonomics, the separation height is 8-10mm (laser sensor), wireless. The charge promises to hold up to 2 years (I've only been using it for a month, so I can't say)

I use www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/products/touch-mouse/microsite/
Batteries just gobble up, and you have to get used to scrolling without a wheel. Otherwise, it's beautiful :)
There are several mouse gestures.
The amount of separation, offhand 2-4 mm

My small soft mouse is already 8 years old - the separation height is 3-4 mm. When the wires broke, I bought a wireless Logitech, used it for a couple of days and gave it to my wife (heavy, uncomfortable, the separation height is too big), and pulled out the wires from her old mouse and soldered it to my small software. She is simply irreplaceable.
