SSD added, transferred the system, and the download comes from the HDD. What to do?

Installed on a laptop SDD drive. I transferred the operating system to it (a Samsung disk, there was a CD in the kit, there was software for transfer on it). If there is only one SSD, then everything is fine, the boot is from it. If I also install the HDD that stood before (I formatted it with a quick format), the computer tries to boot from it, writes that the system is damaged, etc. The BIOS is somehow cropped, there is no way to configure which disk to boot from. I understand that on the HDD, apparently there is some sector that I do not see with standard means, and the computer is trying to boot from it. Disks even tried to rearrange places - all the same. What to do? How to make it boot from the default SSD, and make the HDD just a disk?
Aces i7 6500u computer (if it helps...)

Remove the label "Bootable / Bootable" from the partition on the HDD with any partition manager.
For example, here is this boot image.
