Games installed on a new ssd freeze, how to diagnose?

I recently bought an SSD drive , broke it, allocated more space for ntfs, moved games to it.
It all started with PUBG. At a random moment, the game can freeze for about 15 seconds. Tightly, and then it hangs and plays normally further. At first I sinned on Pubg, after all, not the best programmers develop it.
But here I go through Mass Effect 1 and get the same result - the game freezes tightly from time to time, there is a huge load on the processor in the manager. It is rather problematic to move it to another disk and try it there - the game may not hang for 10 or 20 hours, and then freeze once - it is very difficult to understand if I am not waiting long enough or the problem is gone.
And I understand that the symptoms appeared after installing a new screw. But this could be a coincidence. Is there any way to diagnose and verify this?
Smart tests in Linux and Windows . If you touch it, the disk is cold.
