SRC attribute in link A, instead of Href? Does such a link pass weight?

In general, if you replace:
<a href="http://www.site.ru">www.Site.ru</a>
With:
<a src="http://www.site.ru">www.Site.ru</a>
Will search engines index this as a link to the site?
The fact is that some sites make protective redirects through themselves when adding a link so that traffic does not leave, and if href is replaced with src, the link will still be clickable and carry the same functionality, and all redirects and nofollow disappear.
The question is, does such a reference pass weight?

У тега А нету атрибутта src. Боты\Браузеры не будут воспринимать такую ссылку. Точнее будут, но как пустую ссылку.

тяжело назвать это ссылкой! Браузер (хром) не рендерит, как ссылку
