Squeaky plastic, how to get rid of?

The monitor creaks, the table moves a little and the creak of plastic is heard, incredibly annoying.
The stand creaks and it looks like the place where the stand is attached to the monitor itself.
Has anyone experienced this? And how can you solve this, don’t lubricate it :)

PS The monitor is already 5-6 years old, I brought it to work as a second monitor, at home there was the same creak, but at home the table is massive, you can’t move it so easily, therefore it didn’t interfere much.
