Squares when opening an old word file, how to return the text?

Hello!
I wanted to open an old Word file, but there are only squares instead of text.
I didn’t get much better encoding when opening, fonts, especially.
In the wordpad, at least a little bit of a quadratic was opened, but still abracadabra.
Can anyone advise how to return the text?
Thanks in advance. The file itself: https://yadi.sk/i/8jfyqt0A8AN-MQ

It doesn't look like sane text.
Often there are "squares" in the Word if the system does not have the font that is used in the document. In this case, it is enough to change the font in the document.
But judging by the filling of the page - this is not your case.
PS: and in general there are not squares, but ones and twos. A normal document containing a bunch of ones and twos. Save for memory.
