Spots on the screen, from what and how to fix?

Good afternoon, I have a Razer Blade 2017 laptop (GTX 1060, 7700HQ, Full-HD), I didn’t disassemble the laptop, but most likely from the information on the network there is an LP140WF3-SPD1 display.
For three months, the laptop lay idle, turning it on found these spots, tried to wipe it with napkins for displays, it doesn’t help, can anyone know what it is from and how to solve this problem? Is it worth changing the matrix right away or are there easier ways to solve it? I tried to find it in the Internet, I could not find a directly suitable problem. These are not broken pixels, they just look like streaks.
