What does cache memory affect in disk arrays?

Completely confused in choosing a disk array.
So it's worth the task. Buy disk array All-Flash. There are two offerings, one with 16GB of cache per controller, the other with 32GB per controller. It seems that the more the better, but if it's All-Flash, then the cache does not play a big role.
Tell me, is it? That is, if the array is All-Flash, does the amount of cache memory matter?

Not a competent opinion, but...
The benefit of the cache will be more or less depending on the type of raid used in the storage. So, for raid10, the cache advantage will be less, because. there will be less load on the drives and the controller itself than, say, in the case of raid5, 6 and the like.
Also, the read cache can play a role, but again, depending on the type of data stored and the frequency of accessing the same data.
