Spotlight in High Sierra is dead. How to fix?

10.13 High Sierra. After all the small tricks that we collectively fixed with the stone, the poppy refused to look in the Mail. Okay, I think it's hard, but we'll get through it.

And yesterday ...

Interestingly, in Expose (or whatever it is right) the search works:

Spotlight searches in visited pages (only in Safari) and in the dictionary. no programs, no contacts, nothing needed.

I did everything that is said here: https://support.apple.com/ru-ru/HT201716

Completely disabled and enabled indexing:

sudo mdutil -i off /
sudo mdutil -i on /

Deleted and allowed the axis to rebuild indexes: Waited

sudo mdutil -E /

several hours for mds to expire.
Zero effect.
As a last resort, I disabled Spotlight, did sudo rm -rf .Spotlight-V100, and enabled it again. The second hour of rustling has begun (the rustling is figurative, there is an SSD), programs are not searched for in the spotlight.

Alfred got lazy too:

Disk Utility didn't find anything:
