How to restart the server on Mac OS?

I messed up something with it, I try apache2to Mac Ox X El Capitan reboot it, I do it:
sudo apachectl restart and sudo brew services restart httpd24everything goes well, but the changes do not take effect!
What to do ? How to reload it? Checked - no
errorshttpd.conf

If a

everything goes well

then everything is rebooted. Apparently, you are not making changes there (or not so).
Describe your problem in more detail: what changes are you making and what are you expecting)
