Split component in two, Reactjs?

Good afternoon! Please help in solving the problem.
I understand React, found an example and try to figure it out. Below is the example itself

Namely, there is a SearchBar component in which there is a regular input and a checkbox.
I want to transfer the checkbox to a separate component (already transferred to FilterInStock). And something got confused in all this, it doesn’t reach what needs to be passed in order for everything to work, I tried many options.
I would be very grateful for help and some clarification.
