The task is to create a search with ideally relevant results, of course :)
With the distribution of weights across fields, everything is clear, but how to distribute weights across wordforms? It is necessary to issue directors first, and then the bosses, with the correspondence “Director => Head”.
Those. is it possible to distribute different weights depending on whether the request is original, or is it a chosen synonym?

Unfortunately this is not possible. During the indexing process, the words will receive the same CRC32 codes, i.e. in the index, the representation of the words Director and Head will be identical. There is a documentation page for wordforms on the official site ,
but, alas, it is not described in detail there.

I would introduce an additional flag field indicating the director or boss (say, 1 and 2), and then assign it as the most significant in the relevance calculation. Then it would turn out that directors are always on top.
