SPF record for a domain on Yandex, but from the site form they go to Spam, how to solve?

Transferred the domain to pdd.yandex.ru, now there is a problem.
a site is spinning on the domain with the ability to fill out forms (applications), a copy of the application goes to the filler, and so it goes to SPAM (on gmail.com), because there is an error on the SPF record.
there was an entry:
v=spf1 redirect=_spf.yandex.net
made:
v=spf1 ip4:91.109.202.175 a mx ~all a:redirect=
_spf.yandex.net sender from the site this IP, GMAIL logs (mail in spam)
softfail (google.com: domain of transitioning [email protected] does not designate 91.109.202.175 as permitted sender) client-ip=91.109.202.175;
How to decide? Maybe the syntax is wrong in SPF?

How do you understand the main thing here includeinstead of redirect
