How to get info from this doc using php?

There are doc files like this. File <-
From such files, the second columns in the Numbers table are needed..

Problem:

Кол-во таких номеров разное, то 10-30-50.. По конкретному названию не вычислишь, так как это не Excel, где все по "координатам", а Word..

Question:

Каким алгоритмом можно доставать файлы из такого ^ doc документа? Или это никак не сделать, нужен excel?

For reports, you can use https://dmarcian.com/dmarc-xml/ - it will show the report in a human-readable form.
1. In the first example, there really is no DKIM signature on emails. Look at the cases in which you can leave a letter without a signature, at least it happens on reports about the impossibility of delivery, but there the scope in spf will not be mailfrom but helo. This may be some kind of mail generated on the server itself and passed by the usual delivery mechanisms on which you impose a DKIM signature (for example, if you impose a DKIM on letters from authorized SMTP users, and this letter is generated locally).
2. The second case is a redirect, it passes DKIM authorization, so it will pass DMARC and will be accepted even with a strict policy. For DMARC, it is sufficient that the address from From be authorized by any of the SPF or DKIM mechanisms.
3. The third case is most likely spam from a fake address.

Can you help me understand the dmarc reports? Set up 2 days ago, received reports. Just do not quite understand what kind of letters in the reports.

No way, you need a source with access to the editorial office or write a neural network
