How to make base64 encoded 'p' entry in DKIM?

When checking DKIM signatures on dkimcore.org/c/keycheck , it says that the entry is "p" The p= field must be base64 encoded ( The field must be Base64 encoded) how to make the field be in this encoding ???

In short - p= content should not contain newlines, which is usually done "for beauty".
