Why mailru mailer blocks servers?
Maybe someone can give some good advice. Mailru started blocking servers. The server setup is absolutely correct already checked many times. Moreover, the blocking is exactly DKIM records, tag d=domen.ru. If you disable the DKIM entry, then the server delivers messages further, but without DKIM . Naturally mailing without a DKIM record is not an option.
When contacting support, they restore everything again and remove DKIM from spam, but after some time it is blocked again. Then you write again and they again solve this issue. But when this happens 3,4 and so on times, then there is no desire to write to them.
Question... why is this happening? These are some problems on the mailru side or there are some restrictions. Maybe the subject of the letters ... Perhaps someone has encountered this problem and can give advice. Thanks in advance.

Most likely, this means that your domain has poor reputation scores (the article is old, but generally relevant). Register in postmaster , this will allow you to see what exactly is wrong with mailing lists, you can also tag different mailing lists to see statistics for different categories of letters and individual mailing lists. Subscribe to FBL . Look in the DMARC reports for suspicious traffic from your domain, especially with valid DKIM, this could indicate compromised accounts, DKIM keys, or DKIM replay attacks. See if spam is coming through the forms on the site . Check your server logs, you may also see mailings from compromised accounts.
