How to correctly specify DKIM and SPF if different servers?
Hello!
I have an address: moyadres.ru
Mail is opened on connect.yandex.ru
I want to send mailouts to clients via the sndpls service using the same moyadres.ru domain
DKIM records, as I understand it, there can be two.
1) sndpls writes that the entry should look like sign._domainkey.moyadres.ru txt v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=M...
and yandex writes that the entry should look like mail._domainkey txt v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=M...
i.e. yandex subdomain name without the moyadres.ru domain directly. This is fine?
2) How to correctly add an SPF record?
yandex writes that this entry is needed: v=spf1 redirect=_spf.yandex.net
and sndpls is like this: v=spf1 include:mxsspf.sendpulse.com +a +mx ~all
How do I correctly compose the SPF in my case?
Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
1. DKIM entry should be
selector._domainkey.yourdomain
in most popular servers, when specifying a name without a child (mail._domainkey), a zone suffix is added, so you need to write either
mail._domainkey
(without a dot at the end) or
mail._domainkey.moyadres.ru.
(with a dot at the end). Both entries give the same result.
2. the correct entry in this case
v=spf1 include:mxsspf.sendpulse.com include:_spf.yandex.ru +a +mx ~all
a
. mx
If letters other than these two services should not go anywhere, it is better to limit yourself tov=spf1 include:mxsspf.sendpulse.com include:_spf.yandex.ru ~all
