Speeding up a video without increasing the size?

iMac, iMovie, screen recording (10 hours (4GB))
Task:
speed up the video by 4 times without losing quality, so that it does not weigh 100GB
Note:
I don't use iMovie in principle. If this problem can be solved by another program - tell me which one
