Is there a virtual video cable?
Hello, thanks in advance
The essence of the question:
There is an hdmi input on the TV tuner, a video camera with hdmi output is connected to it, then vlc videolan picks up this device and lets it into the network, to the site. Vlc is launched from under cmd, only those functions that are specified in cmd work. I tried to add a brightness parameter, it does not work. Is there any program that picked up this video stream (from an hdmi tuner) and set the brightness and contrast settings, and then generated its own virtual video device with the finished video?
I tried to do something with vlc, but there is no result.
Changed versions, did not help either.
I added this code, the code --video-filter "adjust{hue=120,gamma=2.}
to the end of the parameters, also to no avail. If anyone can really help me with this, thank you.
