How to adjust the screen refresh rate to match the video rate?
There is a TV with TrueMotion technology and an HDMI cable from a PC.
Is it possible to force vlc to change the screen refresh rate by adjusting it to the frame rate of the video.
If not in vlc, then perhaps you will advise another program.
PS XBMC tried, the frequency does not change.
