SpeedFan is not activated in Windows 10 startup. What's the problem?

Greetings! I install the SpeedFan

program to autoload Windows 10. I tried all the methods from this instruction ( including registering the program in the registry ), but for some reason SpeedFan does not load when the OS boots. Only manually started. What could be the problem? When I had Windows 7, SpeedFan was normally activated in autorun. What method would you recommend for SpeedFan to be activated normally in Windows 10 startup? Or maybe you know the best SpeedFan analogues for cooler adjustment? ( for Windows 10 ) Thank you!
