Spam with work, it looks like a scammer

For about six months, or maybe more, I receive letters like this regularly. They come in batches, the same type, each time a different skype. I think there are a lot of people like me, is there anyone who gets the same thing, or even someone who got into it?

Unsubscribe from what? They are personal made "Good evening. I found your email on the freelancehunt website", only in these letters you always need to answer in Skype.
