Starting from what monthly salary should a freelancer pay taxes (in Russia)?

Hello. As far as I understand, the tax office does not have access to the freelancer's accounts and can only learn about his activities if the bank informs. Bank representatives may be asked to explain suspicious account replenishment. From what amounts replenishment becomes suspicious (approximately)? If you provide the bank with a contract with a foreign company as an explanation, is the bank obliged to report this to the tax office? Can a bank ask a client for tax reporting information?

Thank you!

Nobody knows the exact information. They say that financial monitoring is initiated from amounts of about 600 thousand per month. Naturally, it all depends on the bank and your transfers.
How much to legalize? This is individual. I would recommend going white with a stable income of about 100-200 tr. per month. Less than 100 thousand you are definitely not interesting to anyone.
In the case of Upwork, at the first currency control, you will be asked to provide a Certificate of Earnings (all your income for all time) in order to control the need to issue a transaction passport. This information is only needed by the bank and does not go to the tax office. I don't know about other exchanges. If the contract is with the customer directly, then just say that there was no income before.

What is the problem? Register as self-employed and pay 6% maximum.

Well, here you just need to choose to pay them or not, what difference does it make what income if you don’t pay, then competently evade regardless of the amount, as if for what amount you depend on your ass, it doesn’t matter when they grab you
