I heard about cases that legal entities in Russia were fined 40 thousand rubles for spam.
Where can I read this law on spam (or an article of the law) and what do you need to have a legal entity in order not to fall for this fine? Obviously some kind of confirmation of the consent of the mailing list, but in what form and where to store it?
