"Cheburashka" is definitely not worth it. Ouspensky is still a copyist; although he is obviously not the author of either the word or the image; he managed to get everyone. The story about his raids on Red October for the sweets of the same name is too well known for you not to hear it.
From indicative:

BBC BBC: You own the rights to Cheburashka in an incomprehensible way for the Soviet era. How did you do it?
Eduard Uspensky: At first I did it in such a secret manner. For example, when there were no laws protecting copyrights, and the Krasny Oktyabr factory produced sweets with the name Cheburashka, I suggested that they not produce sweets.
They told me that it does not concern me, and they will do it. Then I wrote them a letter and said that if you do not stop the production of sweets, I will send the candy to Israel for examination, and they will surely find some carcinogens there. And then I will have a process with them: they undermine my image.
And secondly, I will appeal to the children of the whole country with a request not to buy candies from the Red October factory, because people with weakened brains work there and steal other people's ideas.

So you apply to check the registration of this name for YOUR INDUSTRY - and that's it. I am more than sure that the "Maya bee" is not registered for 1) shoes in 2) Moldova.
