From my corporate mailbox, spam is sent to other people.
Hosting is not hacked, that's for sure.
How to save your good name in front of mailers?

Probably banal spoofing, the introduction of SPF, will reduce spoofing at times.
But it is quite difficult to remove damage from a photograph, details of which are not in the question are needed.

If it's not exactly hacked, then there is someone who knows the password. Do sent emails appear in Sent Items? Change your password, change your security question, change your phone if it's linked.
