Maybe Punto Switcher is installed and you just need to turn off the sound effects in it?
Um, I've been using MacBooks for the third year, but this is the first time I've heard of "click sounds". In any case, it would be logical to lower the volume to a minimum and "listen to the sound". If the problem is software, the sound should disappear. Perhaps the board beeps, but it is very unlikely. This is only on the PC.
Does the process of using itself proceed normally? No oddities?
