Is it normal while gaming on a MacBook Pro when gaming at 90 degrees on the CPU?

If you run a game on MacBook Pro 16 from under Windows, then the temperature jumps in the range of 80-91. Mostly 90.
Is this normal?
And what can be done?
The load on the core is a maximum of 40%.

quite norms, especially for compact devices.
critical temperatures - above 100 degrees.
if it soars you (for various reasons), be puzzled by additional cooling. at least with a ventilated stand.
