Sound signal on two audio outputs at the same time

Hello, I have
a laptop with 2 audio outputs, both outputs are defined as different devices. So the question is: how to make a computer running Windows 7 send a signal to both outputs at the same time? As far as I understand, it is impossible to do this by the forces of Windows. You need a program \ driver that would receive a signal and send it to these two devices.
I saw something similar on Habré, but I could not find it unfortunately

There is a Virtual Audio Cable program. When installed, it adds another sound device. But it comes with the Audio Repeater program, which just can drive the sound from one device into another.
The main disadvantage: the program is paid.

Look for an ASIO driver for a sound card, it is usually universal and suitable for many devices.
Good luck!
