When connecting a usb flash drive for the first time, it displays a window with the message "the software was not installed failure" and the device is displayed in the device manager with an exclamation point. Although the usb mouse and other usb devices work fine. The indicator on the flash drive is blinking, that is, usb ports are live, the problem is only with flash drives.
Removing the USB controllers in the device manager and then reinstalling them did not help. I updated the bios and driver chipset, changed the power plan also did not help.
