Sometimes the Mac language selection bar is not displayed, what should I do?

Sometimes, this panel is not displayed.

And to get it back you have to go to

Preferences -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Input Sources

and throw them off, although after the reset visually the checkmarks and shortcuts remain the same. What could be the problem and how to solve it?

this bug has been going on since Big Sur.
NYA has not yet been fixed. The solution is to understand. Forgive. Wait. Assign switching to Caps (at the moment the most stable imho ... although I don’t know how it will work with your set of languages, with two layouts a la rus / lat - stable)
