Here is such a question. ))))
Recently I went to the PayPal website and discovered the possibility of registering a business account for residents of Ukraine. It seems like only for officially registered SPDs (FOP, PE, etc., etc.). I have a question - did someone try to display loot like that? Are there tax problems? I myself SPD (FLP) on a single tax. There are no competent lawyers nearby, it is pointless to enter the small-town department of the State Tax Inspectorate - they don’t know shit about the inspector there.
That's why I decided to ask here. Again, maybe this will be news to someone ...

Will not work. As far as I know, residents of Ukraine cannot replenish their PayPal account.

Better look towards www.moneybookers.com/. I also heard that they even use Webmoney to settle accounts with Americans. And cashing them out isn't hard at all.
