Someone marked a domain as dangerous, how to find who?

The other day I took one domain for an old project, I remember exactly that it was busy before, but then I got free. I started to transfer the site to it, and then it turned out that one of the regular users was not allowed. All that we managed to find out is that someone is blocking access by displaying the message “Rating: Dangerous.
Verified fraudulent page or threat source. The user in IT is not strong, so I can’t even pull out who is blocking access. The question is which organizations are engaged in this and where can I check the domain for exposure in such databases so that the issue of deleting the domain from the database can be resolved?

If this is not the work of antivirus protection, then the problem is in your browser.
In the case of Firefox, Safari and Chrome use the Google SafeBrowsing API . Opera uses data provided by Netcraft and PhishTank to protect against phishing sites, and TRUSTe provides protection against malicious code . In IE, the SmartScreen filter works. To remove a site from the "black lists", select the "Report that this site does not contain threats" link in the warning window.

Thanks to all. Everything was easier there, it turned out that the admins in the office blocked everything except the working sites, and in order to have fewer questions, they hung such an error on the proxy.
