Transferring a domain from a dead REG.RU partner

Foolishly, I registered a domain on trusthost.biz five years ago, being drugged by the very low prices at that time.
For five years, nothing has changed, and the domain was paid twice for several years.
Now there is a sharp need to change the NS-servers, but this is impossible to do in the billing of the hoster. Well, okay, I thought, and wrote a letter in support. 2 weeks passed with no response. I called the phone number indicated on the website (from the USA, moreover), they answered me in English that the subscriber could not answer. And so it has been for three days.
In general, it is clear that hosting has long been "ghostly", you have to do your feet. But how?
There is no information about this in the billing. The person on whose data (including passport data) the domain was registered is ready to support me at any time by their presence. Where to go, what to sign, how much money and time will it take?

Thank you in advance for a quick and detailed answer, the domain is of universal importance, and the fact that, excuse me, the DNS, on which the domain hung for five years, somehow magically got fucked for a month, I see nothing more than incredible in scale disaster for me.

Pretty easy to transfer within partners.
But it all depends on the domain zone.
Choose a new partner reg.ru (or himself).
Register an account there, and write the appropriate transfer request.
For the .ru domain, only the full name and a scan of the passport of the owner of the domain are sufficient.
reg.ru itself has detailed instructions
www.reg.ru/domain/service/change_domain_provider
It took me about a week of waiting in Regtime
