The buttons and 3.5mm jack on the laptop stopped working. The buttons are the bottom arrows and I, T and . from the Russian layout. Why did this happen and how to fix it? I didn't spill anything on my laptop.
I would buy a keyboard, but it's not a fact that it will help?

More like moisture or liquid ingress, or the clave simply died from a large number of button presses.
Each has its own limit.
Specify the model of the laptop and whether the warranty is still there ...
