[SOLVED] Suggest a good paper book on network theory, administration, etc

Very soon it will be necessary to give such a book to one young and enthusiastic person :) And since there are a lot of them on the local radio market, and all of them ... pretty well, please help me make a choice - at an almost zero "level of entry" (11 classes + something I read it on the Internet) what book would you advise to give?

On networks - Tanenbaum, definitely (Very good theoretical basis).
As for administration, there is much to be said. After all, network administration is the administration of not only network equipment, but also unix systems.
For unix systems:
1) UNIX. System Administrator's Guide. Evy Nemeth
2) Linux. TCP/IP Network Administration Scott Mann

If you are good with English, I would advise you to buy the Cisco CCNA 1 and 2 book on EBay. Inexpensive and good material in a simple presentation.
