(Solved) Multi-file torrent (more details inside)?

Greetings, Khabrovites!
There was such a problem:
- There is a torrent file with a large number of files in it
- There are some files partially or completely downloaded on the computer
At the same time, some files that are not included in the downloaded torrent file on the computer itself. How to find these files other than banal enumeration?
PS I hope I explained clearly.

Update: Hm! It turns out not resolved:
1. About the date - uTorrent does not change the date of those files that have already been downloaded from this torrent
2. About moving - uTorrent moves absolutely everything in a folder, not file by file

You hope in vain-) Do you need to select from a bunch of files those that were not downloaded by torrent?
In a torrent client, take this torrent and point it to a new download location with a tick "move data from the current folder". Transmission can do this, and others can, for sure.
Then all torrent "leave". But this is a stupid decision "on the forehead", no aesthetics-)

Far + Torrent View plugin.
We go into the torrent as a folder, on the other panel there is a folder with the downloaded one, we give the command to compare directories.
