[Solved] How to organize feed of new social media content into categories with tree structure, CMS Drupal 7?

A social network site is being created on CMS Drupal 7. It is planned that users will post posts on it, indicating the category of material (categories have a tree structure). It is necessary to organize a feed of new materials by subscription, and a person can choose to subscribe both separate categories that do not have subcategories, and "parent" ones that have subcategories (and then the subscription is organized for all of them). The question is, which Drupal CMS modules are best suited for solving such a task (organizing the output of the feed and subscription with the choice of categories and / or subcategories)? I'm not asking you to solve the whole problem for me (it would be necessary to hire a developer for this), just suggest (tell me the modules and how to link them into one tool).

Views module.
The contextual filter by term can also display content from child terms if the maximum nesting level is known.
If the level can be any, then you can change the filter value and return a list of child categories. See - xandeadx.ru/blog/drupal/578
