(Solved) How to fix the Photoshop error: "Can't give a command that the time disk is new"?

Hello everyone. I got the following error: I can’t give a command to that the time clock disk is new.
I tried to change the time clock disks (the error still shows up even if the disk is free 100 GB)
Trying advice from all sorts of videos, but it didn’t help (correcting the register)
Photoshop release: 22.0.0 (crack, everything worked fine earlier)

What is the file size? You may be exceeding the buffer sizes.
And the second thing about the language, learn English or Russian, the number of people able to answer will be many times more and yes Photoshop translations are evil !!!

Here you can add a list of options:
1) clean the time folders in the system using Windows
2) reset all program settings, when you start Photoshop, press the Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys.

A "temp disk" is a cache. With which you are all clogged.
