Mail for domain

Tell me a solution for corporate mail, where the director can look at the mailboxes of other employees. Spam filter, cloud storage, custom domain. Initially, the option with "mail for the domain" from Yandex was considered, but it is impossible to make a convenient account for the director there.

This is called mail journaling. Implementations may vary. The cheapest way is to implement it on postfix - and then forward the mail anywhere - to any service.
