How to automatically extract contacts from mail?

Hello fellow workers.
There is a mailbox on your domain, which works on pdd.yandex.ru.
How to pull out all the e-mail addresses of all incoming and outgoing . It is highly desirable to turn this into an .xls or .csv file.
There are about 2k addresses and copying by hand is not an option.
I will be grateful for advice.
