The site is a real estate aggregator, you need to place objects on the map.

Interested in how it's done? The line below from Avito is also confusing, that the ad was added some time ago and the arrows at the top, like a slider.
As a layout designer, what should I do, just layout a window or take the Yandex Maps API and make several objects?
If the second, then it is not clear how to do this, please tell me in which direction to dig?
I roughly understand that this is possible ajax + json, but I don’t understand where to start.

I would take the Yandex Map API and when an address is entered in the personal account, the coordinates change in the code.
Something like this
