Went through, probably already with two dozen. I would be very grateful if someone could suggest a suitable one.
Required features:
+ Ticket system, where tickets can be created by both employees (internal) and customers (public).
+ The ability to see the big picture for several projects without switching to another project each time.
+ Source control (Git/Mercurial/SVN/any) with good privilege separation and ticket integration.
+ Ability to set up automatic Deploy from source control in production.
+ App for iPhone.
+ Alerts about everything you can by email.
+ Outlook-like calendar with tasks tied to numbers.
Preferably a paid service, with technical support.
