Software like visio with an interface like paint?

I don't even know how to phrase it. Is there such software or an online service for drawing diagrams and other hierarchical shnyag. in general, so that I can define in terms of objects, their properties, and the relationships between them. but at the same time, so that I can create an object not by selecting a primitive on the toolbar, but by stupidly drawing the outline of a circle or rectangle with a mouse marker. for connections, I drew a line with the same marker. to forgive me for not accurate or crooked lines. oh. and if it would still be possible to zoom in objects to view objects on a different hierarchy, it would be great. plunder caravans as an optional feature ;)

as an analogue of visio there is Edraw - www.edrawsoft.com/ The
