Software for writing (near) scientific articles?

Gentlemen, now I am systematizing my knowledge, I have developed a convenient tag system and all that, but so far everything that I have written down has the devil understand what order and lies in Word files.
We need an editor for articles, I don’t know, a scientific chtol, with TeX support, so that you can insert pictures (graphics), and so that articles can be scattered by tags.
